Are you looking for the perfect crock pot dinner that is super, super easy?
Well, I’ve got it! Crock Pot Pepperoncini Beef is a super easy recipe with minimal effort and ingredients!
I love dump and go recipes, and this recipe is only two ingredients. It’s also gluten-free since we have some dietary restrictions in the house.
But this Pepperoncini Beef is super easy– and perfect for lazy Sundays when the football game is on or any day when you’re free at lunch time at home with an extra minute to throw in the crock pot!
I actually use my instant pot for this recipe (affiliate link), but I just use the slow cooker feature because I hate to have so many different small kitchen appliances taking up space on my counter and I prefer cooking in stainless steel!
Keep in mind that this site is a mom blog- not a food blog. I’m not going to have the most delicious meals that you’ve ever eaten on here, but they are still great and very practical for every day life!
I’m not a pro cook by any means and I do sometimes pick efficiency over flavor, but everything I make is toddler and husband approved! (And my husband was raised by a pro cook so he’s picky!)
As a mom, sometimes I only have one minute or one hand available so this is perfect if you need something like that too!
You can also “beef” up this basic recipe too, but I’ve had no complaints as is.
Here’s the super easy crock pot pepperoncini beef dinner recipe:

Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Beef Recipe
Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs Chuck Roast
- 14 ounce Jar of Pepperoncini
Instructions
- Throw the chuck roast in the slow cooker and dump the jar of pepperoncinis on top and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10.
Notes
If you don’t have any health or diet restrictions, you can serve the beef on bulky rolls to make a sandwich. I usually eat it over white rice or just by itself as the main dish.
I love making this meal in the fall and winter, especially! Perfect for snow days too!
I love fast and easy meals that anyone can make!
Enjoy!
